Caravan of Colors Through Time: A Retrospective of Mona Al Khaja

Opening September 18 at Alserkal Avenue, this landmark exhibition traces over four decades of work by Mona Al Khaja, one of the UAE’s pioneering modern artists. From her early Cairo paintings to her recent luminous abstractions, the show captures her lifelong dialogue with color, heritage, and memory—revealing how Al Khaja’s vision helped shape the foundations of Emirati art.

Sotheby’s — Whispers of the Past

Bringing together works by Najat Makki, Khalid Al Banna, Sara Al Haddad, Sara Ahli, and Samar Hejazi, Whispers of the Past explores memory, identity, and heritage through painting, sculpture, textile, and glass. Presented in collaboration with Sotheby’s Middle East, the exhibition reflects on how personal and collective histories quietly persist through material and form—bridging generations and artistic practices at the heart of Dubai’s evolving art scene.
