London

My favorite place to see art in London has to be The National Gallery. There’s something about standing in front of works you’ve studied in books that feels surreal. London is an incredible city for anyone who loves art history — every museum and street seems to hold a piece of it.

A painting depicting five nude figures gathered together in a closely-knit group, with some sitting and others leaning, in an abstract, expressionistic style with bold brushstrokes and varied earth tones.
A woman sitting on a chair in an art gallery, sketching or taking notes, with two large landscape paintings hanging on a gray wall behind her.
